Authors Guidelines

XIV APEGA International Conference considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that they have been submitted only to XIV APEGA International Conference that they have not been published already, nor are they under consideration for publication or in press elsewhere.

Contributions to XIV APEGA International Conference must be original research and will be subjected to review by referees at the discretion of the different coordinators. All presented manuscript will be reviewed by the double-blind system.



Authors will decide which thematic area and which topic they select for their paper. To this end three thematic areas with 5 topics each have been set and they have to be selected in a drop-down field called “topic” when filling the submission form below

2.2         Interior design, technological and industrial design

3.1         Virtual reality and augmented reality

3.2         ICT applications

3.3         Parametric design, generative design and digital laboratory

3.4         Visual communication visual and Smart cities

3.5         Art, animation and multimedia production. Interfaces and devices


1. Authoring

Papers will be signed by a maximum of 4 authors.

Each registered people will be able to send a paper as main author and three papers as co-author.

It is necessary that the main author is registered at XIV APEGA International Conference, and this registration along with the paid fees allows him to take part in up to three papers.


2. Format and style guidelines


Download abstract template

Abstracts will have a maximum extension of two A4 sheets, without figures. Abstracts will be able to have bibliographical notes.

It is necessary to include a maximum of 4 keywords and an English abstract.

Please, you have to use the template linked in this author guidelines in order to write your abstract.

Authors have to send the extended abstract and the complete communication to the thematic line coordinator who answered the acceptance of your abstract. Please respond to the email that you received with acceptance.
